Bhubaneswar, Sep 4 (PTI) The editor of an Odisha-based web portal and his reporter were arrested in the state capital for allegedly posting obscene photos of notorious sprinter Dutee Chand and attempting to extort funds, police said.

The editor of the online news channel was first detained for questioning on Friday and then apprehended, while one of his reporters was also taken into custody, the deputy police commissioner said ( DCP) US Dash.
