We’re looking for an Architectural Designer who is excited to learn and step into the trenches of all scales and spans, from large adaptive reuse to small interior projects.


  • BArch or March as part of an accredited program

  • 3-6 years of applicable professional work experience for Job Captain

  • Proficiency in Revit in an office environment required

  • Bluebeam Revu – proficient in markup, studio, studio sessions

  • Additional skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop highly recommended

  • Additional skills in Sketchup, Rhino, hand sketching, digital renderings, are welcome

  • Demonstrated understanding of consultant coordination and architectural phases / scopes including execution of deliverables

  • Ability to self-manage a project under the guidance of a project manager

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Very collaborative, unafraid to ask questions and eager to learn

  • Experience in existing and new construction is a plus

What you can expect:

  • Learn the Omgivning standards and take responsibility for the implementation of the standards within the office and projects

  • Familiarize yourself with local codes and the licensing process and work with project managers to implement requirements and move projects through coordination of municipal agencies

  • Work independently on important architectural design problems and methods to develop solutions and options with the project team

  • Prioritize aspects of the project and documents according to the needs of the deliverable phase and delegate production to staff with the help of the senior project manager and project managers

  • Serve as a resource for peers and junior staff

  • Manage the Revit model (including errors) and project documentation

  • Work closely with project managers to maintain project schedule, on-time delivery, delegation of tasks, coordination of meetings with consultants and clients, and development of design and details

  • Participate and assist in internal committees as needed


Remuneration is based on experience.
